We offer two types of adhesives for the production of channel letters:
METHACRYLATE ADHESIVE
Methacrylate adhesives 10:1 methacrylic construction adhesives in white and black color. These adhesives replace many mechanical joining methods such as welding, soldering or riveting. They are characterized by very good shock resistance and atmospheric conditions. Thanks to their durability, we can be sure that our 3D signs will last for many years. Adhesives from our offer are very plastic and efficient, thanks to which you need to apply a small amount of glue to the place of gluing.
We offer a hand squeezer and mixing nozzle for these adhesives.
CYANOACRYLATE ADHESIVE
Cyanoacrylate adhesives (Fast CA) – they have a wide range of usage when gluing various types of materials due to the speed of gluing and ease of application. Please note that these are contact joint adhesives, i.e. the surface should be adjusted. In 3D signs advertising, they are often used for the initial connection of a face of the letter made of Plexiglas and aluminum sides.
ACTIVATOR
An excellent solution that helps accelerate the curing of cyanoacrylate adhesive is the use of an activator. It helps when setting the adhesive, in particular when the elements are not well fitted and the gap is larger. It also hardens the adhesive that has flowed out, it also creates a kind of foundation thanks to which the materials stick together more easily and quickly.
